Cancellation Policy: Cottage reservations can be cancelled or transferred to a later date within 14 days of check-in with no additional charge. If you cancel with less than 14 days or you are a no show, we charge 100% of the reservation.  25% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

Lodge bookings require a 30 notice of cancellation or rescheduling.  If you cancel with less than 30 days or you are a no show, we charge 100% of the reservation. 25% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
